blood sugar 105, glad it's lower this morning, and my stomach issues are healed, thank goodness. Celebrated that fact buy eating donuts for breakfast. OK, Rachel had friends over last night and I bought them a treat, but I did eat the healthiest ones, if that's even possible!
Dropped Sarah off at school, got gas, then donuts!
11 AM- 2 cake donuts with chocolate icing and peanuts, my favorite right now, and a cup of chocolate milk, a lot of carbs :( but oh so yummy
4 PM- chicken strip, 3 fried shrimp, tortilla chips, spinach dip 60 c
11 PM- not hungry but ate anyway cause they were left over 2 donuts 100 C
Not a very healthy day, eating wise. I should have ate some fruit instead of the last 2 donuts at least.

Blood sugar was 145 at 5:45 this morning the highest it has ever been in the morning, I didn't sleep well again, woke up before 4 finally got up and took a pain med, ate a cookie, I know kinda dumb since my blood sugar was already high, but since I had stomach issues yesterday and when I ate the cookie last night I didn't have any more "troubles" and I wanted something fast and those scarecrow cookies where just starring at me, I ate one. After the girls left for school I tried to sleep, didn't really work and I didn't go to the gym, because I was tired and afraid I would have "troubles" I got up at 11 and my blood sugar was 137, I didn't take my meds at 5:45, I was nervous about putting so many things in my stomach. But I ate another cookie. I know really dumb. I'm almost ready to try to take them. Then I will eat something healthy.

I weighed myself this morning and was depressed to see I gained 5 pounds :(
8:30 AM Life cereal w/ milk and grapes 45 c
1 PM 6 inch flatbread sub and sun chips only ate about 1/2 the sub it wasn't so great. I'm guessing about 60 c the chips were 28
4 PM chocolate shake- I was craving a shake, this left me disappointed that I used so many carbs on something that was so awful, I need to remember do not get shakes at McDonald's 60 c

I needed to eat more often today and less at dinner, skipped the funnel cake for a piece of fruit or a healther snack, Pat and I were at a band competition and he wanted to share with me, and I had no will power to say no.
I didn't go to the gym today, but I did 4 loads of laundry, walked around Spouts and walked to the farthest entrance to the stands at the competition, I knew I wouldn't take a walk when I got home.

210 carbs for the day. not bad, could have eaten a better lunch and afternoon snack.
Went to the gym today and worked out for 50 minutes, then I did grocery shopping an hour walking around the store.

Off track badly gols and-week-1
I am just going to start fresh again. I am not doing well with my plan of healthy living. I've gained back between 10-15 pounds. I knew I haven't been eating well, nor was I keeping track of my meals and exercising. The plan to more forward is to eat better and count my carb intake and some form of exercise 6 days a week.
Breakfast should have 45 carbs
Morning snack 15 carbs
lunch 60 carbs
afternoon snack 15 carbs
dinner 60 carbs
bedtime snack15 carbs or 210 carbs per day .
I'm starting on a Monday for weight checks and my daily eating logs, and exercise log
182.6 was the scale reading this morning after breakfast.
Meals-I had 2 servings of cereal and 1/4 cup milk close to the 45. It would have been better to have only 1 serving of the cereal and add a small piece of fruit
Lunch 2 pieces of white toast with nutella , used up all my carbs, but I should have used wheat bread and only 1 added a cheese stick and a cup of veg. soup
Afternoon snack -Almonds they are a good snack
Dinner- Sweetie meatball over brown rice pineapple on the side for dessert we had honey caramel
apples 60 carbs
snack- biscotti 15 carbs
I will be walking on the days I don't go to the gym, since I hate walking and I have to stop to straighten out the kinks in my back several times hopefully this will motivate me into going to the gym!
