Blood sugar 105
10:30 AM 2 servings of Life cereal and milk 45 c
4 PM grapes 15 c
5:30 PM meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans, caramel apple 100 c
8:30 PM 1/2 a funnel cake guessing about 50 carbs?
I needed to eat more often today and less at dinner, skipped the funnel cake for a piece of fruit or a healther snack, Pat and I were at a band competition and he wanted to share with me, and I had no will power to say no.
I didn't go to the gym today, but I did 4 loads of laundry, walked around Spouts and walked to the farthest entrance to the stands at the competition, I knew I wouldn't take a walk when I got home.
