I'm sure I had way, way too many carbs today :(

I the Doritos were so darn good and I haven't had any in such a long time. I need to portion next time and maybe not eat 2 pieces of pizza and 2 cupcakes at the same time!

cereal and milk I really didn't feel well today. I might have pushed myself to cook dinner, but Rachel wanted mac and cheese, Sarah wanted a frozen pizza, Joseph made himself hot pockets. The only thing that even appealed to me was cereal.
I got up at 7:30 to pick up my bontiful basket, went back to bed after I had it put away. I thought my head was going to explode. I stayed in bed till after 2. That's when I had the cupcakes. Had a little cereal a bit later, and more cereal when Sarah and I watched Mommie Dearest. My stomach hurt and I just had no energy all day, yuk.

my fasting blood sugars had been on the rise. I figured out what was happening. I started taking B6 for energy. Well, that energy must be in the form of sugar since while I was taking it, my numbers were high, and it took a few days for it to go back down. Yesterday it was 90 something and this morning it was 96.
I don't know why I haven't been keeping track of what I've been eating, but I did eat well the past 2 days. Today all I have eaten is cereal with milk. A lot of cereal and milk.
I plan to make hamburgers for dinner, and I do not plan on having a bun, since I have already eaten so many carbs today!
