Carb for the day 250, not a good eating day :( Didn't plan well, when there's junk in the house I will eat it, and I was starving all day. Worked out an hour this morning at 24 hour fitness and did grocery shopping, walked around over an hour.

Forgot to weigh myself and check my fasting blood sugar, but I did check my blood sugar about 30 minutes after I ate the fiber plus bar and it wasn't high so I'm sure it was fine this morning when I woke up. Fiber Plus bar 24, grapes 15, corn on the cob 30, 3/4 hamburger patty w/ light mayo, ketcup, pickles 10, lettuce salad with Italian dressing 5, 1/2 cup spicy trail mix 30. Got rid of my sinus headache, alone with a little nap. carbs for the day 114. Went to the gym this morning.

Made it to the gym day 2, I love being in the water, its the only way to exercise.

Weight 167.1 blood sugar 115. Fiber plus bar 24,Becky took me out to lunch today, just the 2 of us. I ate way to much at one time not good for keeping my blood sugar in a good range. We had the all you can eat soup/salad/breadsticks. I was good and only had 1 breadstick 26, but I had the gnotc and chicken soup it was awesome, in a very creamy broth, no idea how many carbs, 2 stuffed mushrroms 12, salad 20, calamari no idea on the carbs. 2 zucunni rounds not sure on the carbs on this either. I was so stuffed I didn't eat dinner, or my afternoon snack, so even though I was still full I had my sugar free fruit popcicle 20. I am so in love with popcicles tight now. My favorite flavor is pomagrate.

The kidney doctor called back, I'm to increase my one med. 3 days a week and keep my feet up when I'm sitting, and have my blood checked in a week and a half.
