Weight 165, blood sugar 102. 1/2 fiber plus bar, 1/2 cup light cranberry grape juice 14, (I'm not feeling very well this morning, I actually felt sick to my stomach last night after dinner too)1/2 cheese burger, large chocolate shake 60, popcicle 20, cranberry grape juice 10
