Weight 175 blood sugar 124. feet are swollen today, I don't think my new water pill is very good. Pop tart with milk 60, I don't know if I'll remember all I ate, a day later. Orange, 15, popsicle 20, popcorn 30, I must have eaten more but that's all I can think of right now.

Weight 166.2 blood sugar 146. Yeah the water weight is coming down, the infection is still present, but my feet and legs are not swollen as bad. Breakfast Fiber Plus bar 24, cottage cheese, white peach 20, 1/2 Ceaser salad, 1 cheddar biscit, lobster tail dipped in butter, shrimp scampi, 1/2 baked potato with butter and sour cream. 1/4 chocolate cookie dessert with ice cream. guessing about 75 carbs, according to my booklet. 119 carbs for the day.

7-29-11 My Birthday!
Weight 166, didn't do fasting blood sugar wince I was served breakfast in bed. Little cinnamon rolls and a cup of chocolate milk, guessing about 60 carbs, Rubio's for lunch a few chips but they were kinda hard, garlic herb taco, ate half the tortilla and all the gummy stuff inside. I was so full! Guessing about 30 carbs, 3 pieces of taffy and 1 milk chocolate with butter cream (this had a horrible after taste, so not worth eating)if I read my booklet right 77 carbs just for the 4 little pieces of candy. I have had a lot of carbs today and I haven't even eaten dinner yet! Guess it's OK, since it's my birthday! Tossed salad with cheese and pepperoni with Ranch dressings, 1 1/2 potato skins with cheddar cheese, bacon bits and sour cream, slice of french bread with margrine70, apple pie with ice cream 60. Carbs for the day 307 if I added right. Yikes!

Weight 171.4 , blood sugar 117. Fiber Plus bar 24, cottage cheese, cantaloupe 20, Sonic ice cream cone 30, Lettuce, chicken tender chunks, Caesar lite dressing, mango 30. I am noticing swelling in my legs and feet, I'm guessing it's from the new water pill the kidney doctor put me on. Hopefully that also explains the weight gain lately.
