Breakfast Fiber Plus bar 24, cottage cheese, white peach 20, 1/2 Ceaser salad, 1 cheddar biscit, lobster tail dipped in butter, shrimp scampi, 1/2 baked potato with butter and sour cream. 1/4 chocolate cookie dessert with ice cream. guessing about 75 carbs, according to my booklet. 119 carbs for the day.
