Weight 167.1 blood sugar 115. Fiber plus bar 24,Becky took me out to lunch today, just the 2 of us. I ate way to much at one time not good for keeping my blood sugar in a good range. We had the all you can eat soup/salad/breadsticks. I was good and only had 1 breadstick 26, but I had the gnotc and chicken soup it was awesome, in a very creamy broth, no idea how many carbs, 2 stuffed mushrroms 12, salad 20, calamari no idea on the carbs. 2 zucunni rounds not sure on the carbs on this either. I was so stuffed I didn't eat dinner, or my afternoon snack, so even though I was still full I had my sugar free fruit popcicle 20. I am so in love with popcicles tight now. My favorite flavor is pomagrate.
