Weight 167, blood sugar 100. Fiber Plus bar 24, almonds 15, ice cream in a tortilla bowl, 1/2 plum, hamburger, ice cream, popcicle, 3 piece of taffy (thank goodness I ate the last 3 pieces) maybe about 164 carbs for the day. Made it to the gym day 2, I love being in the water, its the only way to exercise.
