Blood sugar was high this morning 125
I weighed myself this morning and was depressed to see I gained 5 pounds :(
8:30 AM Life cereal w/ milk and grapes 45 c
1 PM 6 inch flatbread sub and sun chips only ate about 1/2 the sub it wasn't so great. I'm guessing about 60 c the chips were 28
4 PM chocolate shake- I was craving a shake, this left me disappointed that I used so many carbs on something that was so awful, I need to remember do not get shakes at McDonald's 60 c
5:30 PM starving I had 2 servings of Life cereal w/ milk 45 c
8 PM grapes 15 c
11:30 PM trail mix 15 c
240 carbs for the day :(
didn't feel like walking, but I tap danced for 15 minutes
