blood sugar this morning was 94 at 6 AM, even though I didn't eat until 11 AM I didn't recheck it, I'm sure it went lower, but because I felt the need to sleep this morning I didn't get up to eat. Went to the gym.
11 AM 2 servings of Life cereal with milk 45
2:30 PM 2 pieces of toast with Nutella 45
5:30 PM baked taplica, brown rice, soy beans 30 carbs
8 PM trail mix 30 carbs
10 PM cinnamon bread and chocolate milk 45 carbs
200 carbs for the day
