I forgot again to check fasting blood sugar. I have an excuse though. The bathroom floor was flooded. Once I took care of that mess, I forgot.
8 AM 2 serving of Life cereal with milk 45 carbs
11:30 AM 5 cheese sticks, ranch dressing, small vanilla ice cream I'm just gonna go with 60 carbs, it was probably less.
3 PM cookie 20 carbs
5:30 pork chop and kiwi 30 carbs
8 PM caramel apple with almonds 45 carbs
200 carbs for the day
I went to the gym 3 days in a row!
