I thought I should start testing my fasting blood sugar, only I forgot this morning, oops. Once I get in the habit again I will get better at remembering I hope!
7 AM- Life cereal with 2% milkand a small pear 45 carbs
10 AM almonds 15 carbs
12 PM 8 mini pancakes, 3 strips of bacon, 1 hash brown, syrup guessing 60 carbs
3:15 PM 2 meatballs in sweet and sour sauce 15 carbs
5:30 PM pork ribs in BBQ sauce, pinnapple, homemade donut 60 carbs
9 PM apple and almonds 30 carbs
I went to the gym, and did 4 loads of laundry
