10/9/12

Around 11:30 PM last night I had to get something to eat, hungry and I needed to take a pain pill. 2 homemade chocolate chip cookies.Guessing 30 carbs.
6:30 AM Life cereal with 2% milk and a small peach 45 carbs
11:45AM caramel apple with almonds 45 carbs
2 PM soft serve ice cream cone 30 carbs
6PM BBQ chicken pizza very thin crust and 1 small pear  homemade cake donut with chocolate frosting and almonds  at least 60 carbs
9 PM cheese stick 0 carbs yes!
210 carbs for the day. not bad, could have eaten a better lunch and afternoon snack.
Went to the gym today and worked out for 50 minutes, then I did grocery shopping an hour walking around the store.
