blood sugar was high this morning 122. Made it to the gym after bible study this morning.
 8 AM Life cereal with milk and pear 45 c
11 AM almonds 15 c
1 PM chicken sandwich and sun chips 60 c I was shaky leaving the gym, I'm suspecting my blood sugar was too low then, cause I felt much better once I ate. It was scary.
4 PM kiwi 15 c
5:30 PM ground beef, baked beans, cucumber with Italian dressing hm donuts for dessert with chocolate mile 100 c
8:30 donut 30 c
