7 am a lot of cereal and milk and a caramel apple more carbs than I should have eaten all day, it's gonna be a long day
5 PM fliet fish from McDonald's. I really wanted fries and ice cream but I controlled myself. Maybe I'll have ice cream later.
Baby and I took a 20 minute walk.
7 PM ice cream big bowl :(
11 PM not even hungry but bored and can't sleep- 3 big bowls of cereal with milk and Joseph gave me 2 little chocolate chip cookies (how can you turn down free cc cookies?) No will power :(
I don't even want to try to figure out how many carbs I ate today. The scale is broken. I'm sure even if I managed to lose any weight this week, I gained it back and more this weekend :(
