Sarah was in my bathroom so I missed checking my blood sugar.
7 AM 2 bowls of cereal with milk 100 c
1 PM slim fast shake 44 c
4 PM 2 cookies 30 c
5 PM a little pasta with HM spaghetti sauce and 2 meatballs 30 c
8 PM trail mix 30 c
234 carbs :(

I did go to the gym
