blood sugar 126, it must be the trail mix that I have been eating as a snack in the evening, is what's causing my blood sugar to be high. Made it to the gym 5 days in a row! That's a record for me!
8:30 Life cereal with milk and grapes 45 c
12 PM 3 pieces of wheat toast with Nutella 55 c
5 PM ham and swiss pie freid zuccini with ranch dressing guessing 60 c
9 PM sun chips 28 c
about 190 c
