10-27-12

blood sugar 105, glad it's lower this morning, and my stomach issues are healed, thank goodness. Celebrated that fact buy eating donuts for breakfast. OK, Rachel had friends over last night and I bought them a treat, but I did eat the healthiest ones, if that's even possible!
Dropped Sarah off at school, got gas, then donuts!
11 AM- 2 cake donuts with chocolate icing and peanuts, my favorite right now, and a cup of chocolate milk, a lot of carbs :( but oh so yummy
4 PM- chicken strip, 3 fried shrimp, tortilla chips, spinach dip 60 c
11 PM- not hungry but ate anyway cause they were left over 2 donuts 100 C

Not a very healthy day, eating wise. I should have ate some fruit instead of the last 2 donuts at least.
