Weight 179.6 blood sugar 126. 10:30 fiber plus bar 24 carbs. 1 PM tomato bisque soup special K chips. 45 carbs. 5:30 grilled pork chop, fried red potatoes, green beans, jicama salad 60 carbs. 9 PM-10 triscits with one slice of cheddar cheese 30 carbs. 159 carbs for the day.
