Weight 178.4blood sugar 113. 11AM fiber plus bar and an apple 39 carbs, 1:30 PM crackers and cheese 1/2 cup raw jicima 25 carbs. 5:30 orange chicken, brown rice, broccoli, pinapple 45 carbs. candy way too much 100 carbs. I just can't get out of this rut enough though there's plenty of heathly snacks to choice from.
