5-8-11

weight 178 blood sugar 127 8:45 AM cinnamon roll and 1/4 cup milk 60 carbs. 12:45 hash browns, 3 slices bacon a few bite of pancakes 30 carbs. 6 PM ice cream cake 30 carbs (didn't eat the frosting yuck!) 8 PM Special K chips and sour cream with bacon bits mixed in. 45 carbs. 165 carbs for the day.


Next week my goal is to start to exercise some. I am just not motivated to do anything but sleep, which is a curse of the diabetes. I need to push myself to do something anything would be better than nothing.
