Weight 176.2 blood sugar 107. 8:30 large orange 30 carbs. 12 taco and 1/2 a small curly fry from Jack in the Box 40 carbs. 5:30-corn on the cob, cod, cantaloupe 60 carbs. 9 PM wheat thins and cheese cube 20 carbs. 150 carbs for the day. Saw my wellness coach today and got the results of my lab work I had done on Monday. My blood sugar number is higher than it was 3 months ago, it was 6.6 (6.3 is type 2 diabetes) I am now at 7.0. I am now on medication for diabetes. I will repeat the labs in 3 months to see if the medication is working. Also, my kidney function part of the lab came back high and I have to see a kidney doctor. My thyroid was low, but we're gonna wait and she wait it is in 3 months. my vitamin D is in normal range now, it was low before, so I guess I have to keep taking vitamin D. I showed her my hernia which has really grown lately and she refereed me to a surgeon, who may insert a mess liner to hold it. Not a very fun visit.
