5-26-11

Weight 176, blood sugar 107. 7:30-granola bar and an apple32 carbs. 12:00 PM- 6 inch sub 47 carbs. 4:15 almonds 15 carbs. 5:45 dinner at Chinese buffet. Had 8 crab puffs, 1/4 cup hot and sour soup, 3 shrimp covered in bacon, 1 sugared roll, 1 cream puff, 2 breaded shrimp, few bits of crab meat covered in cheese, few bits of honey chicken- not sure how many carbs but I'm sure it was a lot, and I was so very full. I should have had a better plan for eating out at a buffet, I was just starving and my nephew treated us to dinner after Joseph's graduation.
