Weight 176, blood sugar 103 7:30 AM apple and granola bar 32 carbs. 12:30 1/2 sub 47 carbs. 3 PM- almonds-15 carbs. 5:30- scalops, perigoes, kale 40 carbs. 8:30 brownie and ice cream 30 carbs. 147 carbs for the day.
