weight 176.2 blood sugar 107. 11- granola car and bite of apricot. 20 carbs. 1 PM almonds- 15 carbs. 2PM- apple - 15 carbs 3 PM - funonions snack- 35 carbs. 5:15 corn on the cob and cantaloupe 45 carbs. 8 PM- orange and 3 portions of trail mix-60 carbs. 190 carbs for the day.
