Weight 175 blood sugar 125. 10 AM-Granola bar and apple 39 carbs. 1 PM Dairy Queen Dilly bar 24 carbs. 2 PM alomds 15 carbs. 4 PM- McDonald's filet-o-fish- 38 carbs. 6:45- hamburger patty with bacon and cheese mixed in with mayo, ketcup, pickles and mushrooms on the side. 20 carbs.
