Weight 175, blood sugar 121. apple and hamburger patty with mayo, ketcup and pickle on the side 30 carbs. 5 PM-granola bar and orange 32 carbs. 6:30- 2 bisicits with margrine and jelly 35 carbs. 8 PM- Snickers candy bar-38 carbs. 135 carbd for the day.
