Weight 175 blood sugar 115. 6:45- Fiber One bar and an apple 32 carbs. 9:30-15 almonds-15 carbs. 12-chicken sandwich and orange-45 carbs. 5:30- wheat pasta with spagetti sauce, ground turkey and moz. cheese. cantalope 45 carbs. 9 PM cookies and milk 45 carbs, 182 carbs for the day.
