Weight 179 blood sugar 129 8:30-1 Fiber Plus Bar 24carb. 2:30-1/2 cup carrot sticks,and 15 almonds- 15 carbs my stomach hurts a lot to day, that's why I didn't eat more for breakfast. I thought I was gonna throw up after my shower. Didn't eat my morning snack. And I messed up, I thought my appointment with my coach was at 11. it was at 10:30. When I got to the office she was already seeing the 11 O'clock appointment, so I didn't get to see her. Bummer I really wanted to talk to her about when I don't feel so good, what should I do about not eating. Amazingly enough I got a parking spot right across from the building, usually I have to park in the parking garage, which is a long walk. Because of not feeling good the thought of walking all the the way from the garage into the building was a very frustrating thought. I prayed on the way that by some miracle there would be a parking spot in front of the building. Thank you God for hearing that prayer! 5:30 creamed beef on 2 pieces of white toast 1 small apple 60 carbs 8:30- 6 wheat thins and 1 cube cheddar cheese 20 carbs. 119 carbs for the day.
