Weight 180.4 blood sugar 126. 7 AM Fiber Plus bar 24 carbs, 1/2 cup blueberries 15 carbs 10 AM 15 Almonds-15 carbs 12:30 1 cup mixed salad with 2 TBS French dessings, 1 cube cheese, 6 wheat thins 40 carbs. I got these yummy garlic ones today at the store. I could have eaten way more than 6! One good reason to read food labels. 3 PM 1/2 cup carrot sticks 5:30 pork roast, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, cup of cooked broccoli 30 carbs for dinner. 3 cups popcorn 8 PM- 30 carbs 139 carbs for the day.
