4-15-11

Weight 179.4 Blood sugar 115. 10 AM Fiber One bar 24 carbs. I need to add a small piece of fruit in this meal, but I'm out of fruit until tomorrow. 12:30 5 beef ravioli with 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce 56 carbs. 3 PM 2 celery stocks filled with cream cheese, 15 carbs. 5:30 shrimp scampi over brown buttered rice, (hm) clow slaw 1 cup 45 carbs. 8;30 mini rice cakes chips and 14 almonds 30 carbs. 185 carbs for the day, a bit much. I didn't feel hungry at all today, but I had to make myself eat all the meals. Can't wait to see what the weight and blood sugar is in the morning.
