Weight 179.4 blood sugar 127 10 AM fiber plus bar 24 carbs. Saw my coach today. I need to eat more often and more food. 30-45 carbs for breakfast 2 snacks 15-30 carbs and lunch and dinner 45-60 carbs. Had a McDonald's Caesar salad for lunch, didn't really like the grilled chicken but made myself eat some of it. (the puppy was glad to eat the rest for me) Ate about half the lettuce and use 1/2 a packet of dressing, I'm guessing about 30 carbs. I should eat some crackers to add carbs to this meal, but since it's late and I have to eat a snack in 2 hours and I'm full so I won't today, but I need to slowly add more carbs into my lunches. Lunches are the worst, I hate sandwiches, not really into leftovers, have to be careful with the salads. Afternoon snack-trail mix- 30 carbs. Dinner- 2 chicken tenderloins, mushrooms, zucchini, marinated in light mayo and Italian dressing (made kabobs) grilled, 1/2 cup of chaytoe (first time trying this vegetable, different not too bad) I meant to make some brown rice but I forgot until dinner was on the table and I had already rounded up all the kids, which is no small feat, so we skipped the rice. Only about 30 carbs for dinner. 8:30 1 small piece of carrot cake with frosting 30 carbs. 134 carbs for the day.
