Weight 168.8 blood sugar 121 high because I was out of my diabetic med yesterday, Fry's was out. Trail mix at 1 AM when I couldn't fall asleep 30, fiber plus bar 24 at 7, almonds 15 at 10:45, 12 oz chocolate shake and half a jr melt 45 at 12:30, pear 15 at 3, biscuit with a little sausage gravy 35 at 4:40, biscuit with honey25 at 7, Popsicle at 7 20, apple 15 at 8, trail mix at 9 30 carbs.
I felt hungry all day I ate little little things all day I need to reteach my body to not eat so much at one time like I did yesterday. 224 carbs for the day if I counted that right.
