Weight 168.6 blood sugar 102. Carb filled breakfast out to celebrate me sister's and nieces birthday. I am not sure exactly how many carbs I consumed because the items are new and not on my restaurant meal guide. Anyway, we shared a most amazing chocolate muffin, followed by 2 pieces of cinnamon roll type french toast w/ butter it was so yummy it didn't even need syrup. I ate it all, it came w/ bacon and eggs which I didn't eat, because I figured I could make those at home, and I didn't think the french toast would be as good reheated. After that carb filled breakfast I too a nap. Dinner was at my brother-in-laws house celebrating more birthdays. I had the smallest chicken breast I saw, (I was still so full from breakfast) a thin piece of watermelon, a few baby carrots and a few snow peas with Ranch dressing. Thank goodness this meal didn't have many carbs. Didn't have any cupcakes or angel food cake, but I plan on eating either a fruit Popsicle or sugar free fudge pop less than 20 carbs for either one before, since going that longer than 14-15 hours in between meals is too long.
