Goal on carbs breakfast 45 lunch and dinner 60 each snacks 15-30, If I'm under 200 a day it's been a good day.

All my shorts and Capri's are too large, some I can make do with a belt, some look silly with a belt and some don't have belt. It is fun to wear them and not have to unbutton or zipper them to pull them on or off, especially the ones that were too tight before! Today I went to Kohl's to look through clearance racks for Capri's I have a 30% off coupon right now too. I found a pair of longer type shorts and a pair of Capri's in 2 sizes down from what I normally wear. I didn't try them on, just hoping they would fit nicely. I tried them on when I got home. They are a little loose! I guess I should have gone down 3 sizes :) This makes me very happy!
