Weight 171, blood sugar 102. Fiber Plus bar 24, almonds 15, 4 piece chicken nuggets from McDonald's a few french fries, BBQ sauce 30 carbs, apple 20, eggplant, mozerella cheese, bread crumbs, tomato sauce, few bits of baked beans 30. 4 large hard pretzels 30. 139 carbs for the day.
