6-5-11

Weight 171 blood sugar 106. 10 AM- Fiber Plus bar 24 carbs. 1:30 pasta salad, deviled egg, swiss cheese 45 carbs. The rest of the day- 2 roast beef slices, 2 swiss cheese slices, one cheddar slice, cherries, some potato chips (not many) 30 carbs. 69 carbs for the day. I almost had a piece of cake, not sure what happened but I never did eat it, and later I didn't want one! Crazy!
