6-4-11

I don't remember any blood sugar numbers and I didn't weigh myself, and I'm gonna lump all I ate.
Fiber Plus bar, apple, frosting (keep getting on my fingers!), eggplant parm., shrimp scampi, brown rice. Guessing about 130 carbs for the day, I have no idea how much frosting I really ate. I didn't do well with eating every 2-3 hours, I was very busy.
