weight-176 blood sugar 110. granola bar, frozen yogurt at Costco, salad with cheese cubes and French dressing and black olives, 1/4 cup pasta with alfedo sauce(this was a Rachel planned meal) about 90 carbs so far for the day. 2 sservings of trail mix 38 carbs. 128 carbs for the day.
