Weight 175.8 blood sugar 115. 8 AM Fiber One bar- 17 carbs. 11 am- mango 15 carbs. 12:15 crackers, cheese 20 carbs. 1:15 apple 15 carbs. 2:30 almonds 15 carbs. I'm not feeling so wonderful today, lightheaded, short of breath, weirdness not feeling so good kind of not feeling good. That's why I've been eating something every hour. I hope my body snaps out of this funk soon. 5:15 corn on the cob, pork chop, a bit of bisicit 40 carbs. 7:30 cookies and milk 45 carbs. total carbs 150.
