blood sugar 111. 9:30 fiber plus bar and 1 small apple 39 carbs. 12:30 3 breaded chicken strips with ranch dressing and about 10 french fries 50 carbs. 4 PM candy 30 carbs. 6:30 hummus, 14 mini wheat thins trinagles, cucumber slices in oil and vinager, chocolate lolly pop 60 carbs. 179 carbs for the day.
