Slept better last night. Blood sugar this morning 108, weight 180.1 For breakfast I had 1 toasted slice of 9 grain with can't believe it's not butter and a TBS grape jelly. about 30 garbs.
Lunch I at a large cup of green beans. Dinner-large lettuce salad with 2 TBS light Italian dressing. 1/2 cup of spaghetti with meat sauce, and Sarah made brownies for dessert. I had 2 small ones. carbs for dinner 60 2 hours post dinner my blood sugar was 148 (high)
drank a lot more today and no soda.
