weight 177.4 blood sugar 129. 8:30- fiber plus bar and 1 small apple 39 carbs. 10:15- 15 almonds 15 carbs. 1 PM 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup cantalope 15 carbs. 4 PM 1 sugar cookie 30 carbs. 5:30 egg salad sandwich made with 2 pieces of white bread, 1 1/2 strawberries 55 carbs. 8:30 1 piece of chocolate candy 30 carbs. 174 carbs for the day.
