I really stink at remembering to post what I ate on the weekend. I am starting fresh today and not going to try to rack my brain to come up with what I ate this weekend.
Blood sugar was a little high this morning, but I'm not sure exactly what is was oops.
2 cinnamon crescents one before the gym and one after, so yummy.
1/2 an artichoke
2 pieces of cake
pretzels with ranch dressing
