So I think it's my new gel gloves that caused the high blood sugar reading yesterday. This morning it was 160 before I took a shower and 103 afterwards. I'll have to really wash my hands well before checking it, if I wear the gloves all night like I have the past 2 nights.
cookies and hot chocolate for breakfast
lots of carbs, but I did it some salad!
ate cookies and tamales for dinner, followed by candy and potato chips
I think my problem is I don't usually have candy and cookies and chips in the house there for I have to eat them :(
