blood sugar 118, 114, and 95
I ate a lot of rice crispy squares made with gingerbread marshmallows, ate 2 turkey roll sandwiches with light mayo and cranberry sauce, 2 chocolate cake sandwiches each day, sugar free hot chocolate last night, and cranberry sherbet on Friday.

fish, french fries and 1 hushpuppy from Long John Silvers lots of carbs I'm sure to lazy to look it up
