Weight 169.0 blood sugar 105. Fiber Plus bar 24, apple 15, chow mein, kung pow chicken, crab puff, sweet and sour sauce (I didn't eat a lot of the chow mein or chicken, I'm going to guess on the carbs for this meal) 45, chips and hot sauce, 1/2 chicken fundido guessing 80 carbs. 164 carbs for the day. Hernia repair surgery tomorrow, who knows what my day will be like other than it starts at 5 AM.
