Blood sugar 100. Fiber Plus bar, orange, trail mix, cantaloupe, ground beef, potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, ketcup, almonds. About 150 carbs for the day. I forgot to weigh myself this morning and I just lumped everything together that I ate or plan on eating today. I'll have to adjust it if I eat differently.
