weight 177.2 blood sugar 101 11:30 - 1 fiber plus bar 24 carbs. 3 PM1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1 apple 29 carbs 5:30- white chicken chili, califlower, watermelon 45 carbs 8:30 2 servings of peanut M and M's 60 carbs. 148 carbs for the day
